Cancellation & refund policy

Cancellations: you can cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us at care@khetveda.in or +91 90000 00000 with your order number.

Returns: because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles. If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace the item or refund you.

Refunds: approved refunds for online payments are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are made by bank transfer/UPI.
