Privacy policy

We collect the information you give us when you create an account or place an order — your name, email, phone number and delivery address — and use it only to process and deliver your orders, provide customer support and, where required, meet legal and tax obligations.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to fulfil your order (payment gateway, courier) or where required by law.

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. You can update your details from your account page, or write to care@khetveda.in to request deletion of your account.

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and remember your cart. We do not use advertising cookies.
